At the tender age of 2 my grandson Liam was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes also known as Juvenille diabetes. After having been sick for months they had finally figured it out. He now has to live a completely different lifestyle and take multiple insulin shots everyday just to survive. As a grandmother, it required a lot of education on my part to understand what this disease really is and how can I help him and his parents. So, I've spent a lot of time on the JDRF website and getting a lot of education. I decided that I wanted to help and have registered a Walk to Cure Diabetes team. In an effort to assist raising money I created a new digital scrap kit called Liam's Journey, as it is just that for him....a new journey. Here are some pages that I created with the kit:
Liam's Team After you've made the donation, email a copy of your receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org and I will send you links for the kit. There are over 100 elements and over 30 papers in this kit, it is well worth the money and a great way to support this very worthy cause, that will not only benefit my grandson but thousands of others as well. Thank you for your support!
